不同撑管结构的半潜式平台极限强度比较研究

摘    要:半潜式平台的结构型式对于其水动力性能、总体强度以及制造加工等都有着一定的影响。半潜式平台发展到第六代,除了撑管型式和数量外,整体结构已无较大区别。以“海洋石油981”平台为主体,分别参考“981”、GM4000D、GVA7500的撑管型式以及无撑管结构进行建模。通过比较其运动响应和极限强度,分析撑管型式对平台性能的影响,对深水半潜式平台型式的选型以及未来半潜式平台的发展方向提供一定的参考价值。

Abstract:The structure type of the semi-submersible platform have a certain impact to its hydrodynamic performance, overall strength as well as manufacturing and processing. The semi-submersible platform developed to the sixth generation, except for the brace type and quantity, the overall structure has no more different. “HYSY 981” platform as the basic structure, reference the brace type from “981”,GM4000D,GVA7500 and no brace structure for modeling. Analysis the influence of platform performance with different brace by comparing their movement response and ultimate strength, provide reference value to select deepwater semi-submersible platform type and the future development direction.
