摘    要:在80 kt/a变换系统基础上,采用低温低硫变换专利技术对原中串低变换进行了系统改造,使之达到配套合成氨100 kt/a的生产能力。改造后,平均吨氨节电80 kWh,平均日产氨提高15-25 t,吨氨蒸汽消耗降低 80 kg,变换系统节能降耗、安全稳定和整体技术装备水平得到进一步提高,效益明显,1年内即可收回改造投资。

Abstract:On the basis of the 80 kt/a shift conversion system, the original system of high-temperature shift in series with low-temperature shift has been retrofitted with the patented technology of low temperature-low sulfur shift, so as to increases the production capacity matching a 100 kt/a ammonia unit. After the revamp, the power consumption is reduced by 80 kWh on the average per tonne of ammonia, the average daily ammonia output is increased by 15-25 t, the steam consumption is decreased by 80 kg per tonne of ammonia, a further improvement is made in the shift system in terms of energy saving and decrease in consumption, safety and stability and the overall level of technical e-quipment, the benefits are obvious, and the investment in the revamp can be recovered within one year.
