摘    要:针对QFD中每一层技术要素的进化与映射,权重及项目参数设定中存在的指标难以量化及全局性整体优化复杂的现象,将技术竞争性参数引入到递阶型HOQ的逐层映射与权重计算过程中,利用了竞争性评价因子,分析在质量控制过程中的制造成本、价格、利润贡献与质量特性的相互关系,给出利润率函数,有效地简化了相关分析处理的项目关系.最后,以电机产品的利润率目标函数为例,给出了优化竞争性评价因子来达到优化的计算实例.

Abstract:Aiming at the evolution and mapping of the technical element in QFD,as well as the phenomena that the weight and index are difficult to be quantified and the global optimization is complex,the parameters of the technology competition are introduced to the successive HOQ.Analysis is carried out to the correlation among the cost of manufacturing,price,profit contribution and quality characteristic by means of competitive parameters.The profit margin function is provided to effectively simplify the project relationship in correlation analysis.A typical application example of the profit margin function and the optimization with the competitive parameters concludes the paper.
