摘    要:结晶器液压振动技术是连铸发展的关键技术之一。国外对该技术一直封锁,因此,相关的参数选取及计算过程无例可循,经过我所技术人员的艰苦攻关已经成功掌握该技术并用于生产。本文通过对国内某台结晶器液压振动缸负载力的实际计算,为结晶器液压振动缸的设计提供理论依据。

Abstract:The mold oscillating hydraulic technology is one of the key technologies in the development of casting.The technology has been blocked by abroad.to domestic.Therefore,we have no reference material to select any cases,such as the relevant parameters and calculate process.But after our hard research we have make a great progress in this area and apply it in practice.The paper calculates the cylinder hydraulic load force which based on one Mold oscillating device,and it provide a theoretical basis for design.
