| Abstract: | We present a case of microlaryngoscopy in a patient with an unexpectedly difficult airway. The airway was managed by using an oesophageal-tracheal Combitube (Kendall-Sheridan, Argyle, NY) (ETC) and a fibre-optic bronchoscope (Pentax-Japan-5 mm). |
