摘    要:对某厂 2 0 0 2年底发生的几起裂解炉辐射段炉管 /管件破裂损伤性质、成因及控制措施进行了试验分析 ,指出运行温度长期偏高 (局部 ) ,特别是清焦温度偏高 (局部 ) ,造成了炉件内壁材料局部严重渗碳和氧化腐蚀 ,并引发脆性断裂和热疲劳破坏 (高温腐蚀疲劳断裂 )。采取适当降低清焦温度等措施后基本解决了上述问题。

Abstract:In this paper, character,reasons and contr ol measure of damage of cracking furnace tubes occurred in about end of 2002 year were studied. The results indicated that higher service temperature (local), es pecially higher cleanout temperature (local), caused serious local carbonizing and oxidizing corrosion on inner -wall of furnace tube, which leaded to brittle fracture and hot fatigue failure(elevated temperature corrosion fatigue fra cture) .When dropped properly cleanout temperature and so on, above damage probl ems were solved basically.
