摘    要:实验采用单一和复合表面活性剂对废白土中油分进行回收。考察了表面活性剂种类、复合表面活性剂的配比、加热温度和时间等条件对油分回收率的影响。实验结果表明:单一非离子表面活性剂回收效果好于单一阴离子表面活性剂;当非离子表面活性剂(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚)与阴离子表面活性剂(十二烷基苯磺酸钠)的质量比为1:5、加热温度为95℃、加热时间为25min时,油分的回收率可达93%。

Abstract:The research of recovering oil from used waste clay was carried out using single or compound surfactants in laboratory. The affects of sort of surfactant, mass ratio of compound surfactants, heating temperature and time on the oil recover), were investigated. The results showed that the recovering effect of using single nonionie surfactant was better than that of using single anionic surfactant. The optimum processing conditions were determined as follows : mass ratio of nonionic surfactant to anionic surfactant 1: 5, heating temperature 95 ℃, and heating time 25 min. Under the above conditions, the oil recovery rate could reache 93%.
