摘    要:介绍了4V33下缸体的工艺设计,对笔者公司和英国某公司为该铸件设计的两种工艺进行了包括直浇道、内浇道、泡沫陶瓷过滤网座的设计等方面的比较,指出了两个方案的优点。

Abstract:The casting method designed for 4V33 model bottom cylinder block was introduced,and comparison was conducted between two methods designed respectively by the author’s company and a British company including the comparison of the sprue design,ingates design,ceramic foam filter seat design,etc.,as well as the advantages of two methods were pointed out.
