摘    要:介绍了Nb在铸铁中的应用现状,对富铌相在铸铁中的存在形式和形成条件进行了热力学分析。通过NbC和铸铁组织中的γ-Fe和石墨的晶格点阵的二维错配度计算,证实了NbC可以成为石墨异质晶核的衬底。提出了进一步研究Nb元素对铸铁作用机理的方向。

Abstract:The present application situation of niobium in cast irons was introduced.The existing morphologies and formation condition of the niobium-rich phase in the cast irons was thermodynamically analyzed.By through calculating the 2-D misfit of the lattices of NbC,as well as γ-Fe and graphite in the cast irons structure,it was verified that NbC could be act as the heterogeneous nucleus substrate of graphite.The further research direction of the effect mechanism of niobium element in the cast irons was proposed.
