| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the current situation of power,security in city A's telecom branch,this article has proposed the objection of power safety monitoring system,business requirements and networking structure.Beside this it has also analyzed the implementation plan of monitoring and controlling system,and discussed the monitoring of hardware and software systems. |
