| 摘 要： | 合成了一种水性丙烯酸树脂,以此为基础制备了水性丙烯酸酯面漆,讨论了单体、乳化剂、引发剂、聚合温度等条件对漆膜性能的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件。制备了与面漆配套的水性环氧底漆并对整个涂层系统的性能进行了测试。该涂料系统可用作汽车、船舶内部的防腐涂料。
