Abstract:The development of domestic and foreign spinning fundamental research and processing technology progress of the thin-wall tubes were reviewed.Spinning method of the thin-wall tubes,material flow characteristics and power parameters in spinning process,and variable parameters associated with the machining accuracy,tube spinning ability and application of composite technology were introduced.Spinning processing characteristics of the extra-thin-walled tubes were analyzed.The main forming features of the extra thin-wall tubes compared with the thick-wall tubes are: the instability of the material flow,the sensitivity of the clearance of workpiece and mandrel,and the sensitivity of the uneven distribution of residual stress.In order to meet the needs of industrial development,the theory of compatibility of deformation of the thin-wall parts in spinning process was strived to carry out and it should gradually develop in the direction to the integrated intelligent spinning and to establish a common spinning expert system.
