摘    要:针对某汽车离合器压盖的结构和特点,提出了一种合理优化的成形工艺,并阐述了拉深模具的设计和结构.模具经现场生产使用,工作稳定可靠,生产效率高,制件质量满足要求.

Abstract:Based on the features of structure and shaping process of one kind of automobile clutch cover,a more reasonable and optimized shaping process has been proposed in the text.Related design,structure and working process of the mold have been discussed.The mold has already been put into use with the advantages of fluent working process,high productivity and reliable quality which meets the requirement.
