摘    要:对40CrNi2Si2MoVA钢的锻造加热工艺参数进行了优化。进行局部小变形时,将加热温度从通常的1160℃降至1000℃,可避免锻件产生低倍粗晶,力学性能测试符合验收标准。

Abstract:This paper has optimized for the forging heating technological parameters of 0CrNi2Si2MoVA steel.The result shows that when the local small deformation is made,the heating temperature reducing to 1000℃ from 1160℃ can avoid producing the macro coarse grain in forgings,and make the examination results of mechanical property to meet with acceptance criteria.
