摘    要:用铅浴淬火试验模拟感应加热,对MC5冷轧工作辊的感应加热淬火工艺进行了试验.预备热处理宜采用910℃淬火,660~680℃回火.感应加热淬火温度在930~950℃之间,轧辊的下降速度为0.5mm/s.

Abstract:Use the lead bath hardening experiment induction heating,to simulate MC5 cold-rolled work roll of induction heating quenching process have been tested.Prepare heat-treatment appropriate using 910℃ quenching,660 ~ 680℃ tempering.Induction heating quenching temperature between 930 ~ 950℃,rolls decreasing speed for 0.5 mm/s.
