摘    要:汽车轮辐零件的制作是一个多工步冲压成形过程,在最后一道工序圆孔翻边时经常出现开裂。利用仿真软件对汽车轮辐零件的成形过程进行有限元模拟分析,讨论了圆孔翻边系数、材料参数和成形工艺对翻边成形的影响。结果表明,材料屈服强度的增加对翻边开裂有很大影响。通过改进翻边工艺,使轮辐零件圆孔翻边开裂缺陷得到控制,开裂率降低到0.1‰,获得了较好的产品质量。

Abstract:Manufacturing the automobile spoke components is a multi-step stamping forming process,the round-hole flanging often cracks in the last process.The forming process of automobile spoke component was analyzed by finite element simulation software,and the influences of the round-hole flange coefficient,material parameter and forming craft on flange forming were discussed.The results show that the increasing of material yield strength has a great influence on the flange cracking.Through improving the flanging process,the cracking defects of the round-hole flanging in the spoke components were controlled,the cracking rate reduced to 0.1 ‰,and better product quality was obtained.
