| 摘 要： | 六西格玛管理主要是以数据为基础，通过统计学的方法找出企业中的不合格产品产生的原因，制定出新的流程，从而降低成本，提高利润。中铝山东分公司动力厂通过引入六西格玛管理，在软化水的制备中合理控制碱度和硬度坦标，取得了较好的节能效益和经济效益。

| Abstract: | This paper describes the mode of Design for Six Sigma based on data collection, by which the causes of disqualified products were found through statistic; therefore, new process flow would be created resulting in decrease of operation cost and increase of profit margin. Design for Six Sigma were adopted by power and steam plant of Chalco Shandong Branch to reasonably control indexes of alkali and hardness for preparation of softened water, with an achievement of benefits both in energy saving and in economy. |
