摘    要:该文对200MW汽轮机高压缸冷态与热态启动温度场与热应力进行了实测。并用有限差分法对瞬态温度场与热应力进行了校核计算,其结果与实测完全吻合。并用断裂力学对汽缸寿命损耗进行了评估。图10表6

Stress Analysis and Testing of a 200MW Steam Turbine's H.P. Cylinder
Abstract:Abstract The paper reports on the actual temperature and stress field measurements of a 200MW steam turbin e's h.p. casing during cold and hot starts. Verification calculation of transient temperature and stress distributions were performed with the finite difference method, and the results coincided with the measurements. Assessment of the casing's life consumption was done by fracture mechanics.
