本文以阳煤集团一矿为例，阐述了建矿时间长的老矿，通过技术改造，从优化采区和工作面设计、简化生产环节、合理集中生产，采用新技术和新设备、改造环节能力、加强技术培训、提升管理水平等方面入手，挖掘潜力，使矿井实现高产高效的有效途径。

This text takes No. 1 mine. of Yangquan coal group as an example, elaborates the old mine that the time of establishment is long, through technical reform, from the aspects of optinizing design of mining area and working face, simplifying production link, reasonable concentrate production, using the new technology and new equipment, transforming link capacity, strengthening technical training, upgrading management level and so on, excavates potential,it is the effective way that the mine achieves high yield and high efficiency.
