耐盐高吸水性树脂的合成与性能

摘    要:试验以丙烯酸为单体,氢氧化钠为中和试剂,以亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,过硫酸铵为引发剂,并加入不同量的自制丙烯酸酯,在一定的温度下得到不同吸水能力的高吸水性树脂,发现一定比例的自制丙烯酸酯的加入,可以明显提高高吸水性树脂的吸水能力和耐盐能力。

Abstract:Super absorbent resin with salt - resistance was obtained by water solution polymerization which used partly neutralized acrylic acid and acrylic ester self - synthesized as monomers, N, N - methylene diacrylamide as the cross -linking agent ami the persulfuric amide as initiator. It was found that the super absorbent resin with high water (or 0. 9% normal saline) absorption power could be obtained when the content of the acrylic ester self - synthesized was proper.
