| 摘 要： | 文章结合国家设置工程管理专业的指导意见、社会对专业人才的需求趋势及学校的办学定位,确定了工程管理专业的培养目标,指出了工程管理专业人才培养的方向,总结了工程管理专业人才的特色化培养途径。
