铅芯延期体式雷管延期精度影响因素研究

摘    要:为了研究铅芯延期体式雷管延期精度的影响因素,采用高速摄影仪记录延期时间,分析了气室大小、卡中腰、点火方式、切长误差对延期时间及精度的影响.结果表明:同样点火方式下,气室在较小范围内变化时,铅芯延期时间无明显变化:相比导爆管式点火,采用药头点火时延期时间较短,且延期精度随气室变小而降低;此外,卡中腰的工艺明显延长延期时间,且切长误差不是导致延期精度差的主要原因.

Abstract:Aimed at delay blasting cap with lead delay element, in order to study the influence factors of delay time accuracy, the delay time was recorded by high speed camera, and the factors such as gas chamber size, the chucking of middle package, ignition manner and length error of delay element were analyzed. The results indicated that under the same ignition manner, the delay time didn’t change obviously when the gas chamber size changed a little, and compared to cup-type lead ignition, the delay time was shorter and the accuracy was decreased when the gas chamber size was smaller, under the electric match head ignition condition. At the same time, the process of middle package chucking could induce the longer delay time, and the length error of lead delay element wasn’t the main reason for low accuracy of delay time.
