盘绞机的控制系统设计

摘    要:文章介绍了盘绞机的主要结构和控制要求,详细分析了盘绞机分电机传动的控制方案,设计了功能丰富的基于PROFIBUS—DP现场总线的控制系统。系统采用从上至下的3层网络结构,以西门子S7-300PLC为系统控制核心,西门子触摸屏MP277为上位机,欧陆驱动器作为现场级,实现了同步控制。西门子软硬件和PROFIBUS-DP现场总线的运用,保证了控制系统的开放性和可移植性。

Abstract:The paper introduced the main structure and control demands of the drum twister and analyzed the control program of sub-motor driving as well as designed functional control system based on PROFIBUS-DP field bus. The system adopted three layer networks from the top to the bottom. Take Siemens S7-300PLC as the core of the system control, Siemens touch screen MP277 as the upper computer and Eurotherm driver as the field level to realize synchronous control. The use of the Siemens software and hardware combined with PROFIBUS-DP field bus make sure the control system is open and transplantable.
