摘    要:针对国内油气田复杂地层固井时的水泥浆低返及射孔和后续增产措施造成的水泥环脆裂(即二次窜流)问题,研制开发了F27A型油井水泥防漏增韧剂,并对其防漏性能、水泥石的各种力学性能(抗折强度、抗冲击功和弹性模量)及水泥浆体系的工程性能进行了研究。此外,还进行了聚能射孔模拟试验、1口井注水泥塞堵漏试验和5口易漏井的固井施工。室内研究和现场试验证明:F27A油井水泥防漏增韧剂具有优异的防漏堵漏、增韧和抗冲击作用,其综合工程性能也满足易漏地层固井施工的技术要求。

Abstract:Aiming to the problems of the few flow-back of cement slurry when well cementation for complicated formations of oil and gas fields, and the fragile break of cement mantle induced by perforation and stimulation treatments (i.e. the second migration of formation fluid), the F27A anti-loss circulation and toughness reinforce agent for cementing is developed. The loss-controlling ability of the agent, the mechanical properties of the cement stone, such as flexural strength, impacting strength and modulus of elasticity, and the engineering performance of the slurry system are investigated. Also, the simulating test of shaped-charge shooting, the sealing test with cement plug for one well, and the cementing operation of 5 wells with easy loss circulation have been conducted. In-house study and field tests indicate the F27A anti-loss circulation and toughness reinforce agent for cementing has the good ability for loss circulation controlling, sealing, toughness reinforce and anti-impact. Its comprehensive engineering properties can also meet the technical requirements of cementing operation for the formations with easy loss circulation.
