深锥高效沉降槽在铝土矿浮选尾矿脱水工艺中的研究及应用

摘    要:针对铝土矿浮选尾矿浓密机存在底流浓度低、溢流浮游物偏高问题,自行开发研制了深锥高效沉降槽,以代替普通浓密机,文章介绍了深锥沉降槽的工作原理和结构特点,工业应用及实际效果表明,深锥沉降槽较好地满足了工艺要求,保证了尾矿坝的安全堆存,提高了回水利用率,减少了操作和维护工作量。

Abstract:Considering that the concentration of the underflow is low and has more suspended matters in the overflow during the use of thickener in flotation tailings of bauxite. This paper introduces a self-development deep cone high rate settling to replace ordinary thickener. It presents the operation principle and the structural features of the deep cone high rate settling. The industrial application and result prove that it can meet the technological requirements. Concurrently, the safety of the tailings dam stockpiling is assured, the utilization of backwater are improved, the workload of operation and maintenance is reduced.
