京沪高铁电能质量监测系统的建设与应用

摘    要:为了研究高铁负荷对电网电能质量的影响,开发建设了京沪高铁电能质量监测系统,监测范围包含为京沪高铁27个牵引站供电的全部54条供电线路。在常规电能质量指标监测的基础上,还针对高铁负荷,增加了高频谐波、冲击电流、相间功率和序分量功率等的监测。利用监测系统的数据统计分析模块,总结了高铁负荷特性,并对京沪高铁引起的谐波和负序等电能质量问题进行了分析。

Abstract:This paper introduces a power quality monitoring system developed and constructed for Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway ( HSR)to assess the influence of the HSR load upon the grid power quality. The monitoring scope includes all the 54 power supply lines for 27 traction substations. Considering the features of the HSR load, high-frequency harmonics, impulse current, phase-to-phase power and sequence component power are also monitored in addition to the regular quality supervision indexes. Bu using the statistical analysis module of the monitoring system, this paper summarizes the characteristics of HSR load, and analyses power quality problems caused by Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway such as harmonics and negative sequence.
