摘    要:随着轨道交通系统在大中型城市的普及以及运营的成熟,地铁车辆门控单元及其相关故障的研究及维修保障技术也成为相关热点。以上海市轨道交通地铁车辆的门控单元作为研究对象,设计了一款门控单元综合检测平台,硬件上采用嵌入式系统,设计各子检测模块的专用硬件电路,软件上使用LabVIEW编写上位机应用软件,实现对门控单元的功能测试和数据记录,并通过实验验证了检测平台可以实现维修前的故障诊断判定和修理完毕后的状态确认。

Abstract:With the popularization and operational maturity of the rail transit system in large and medium-sized cities, research of the metro door control unit as well as related fault research and maintenance technology has become a hot spot. With respect to the door control unit of Shanghai metro vehicles, this paper designs a comprehensive inspection platform for the door control unit. The hardware adopts an embedded system, and special hardware circuits are designed for various inspection modules. In the respect of software, LabVIEW is used to compile application programs for the upper computer to realize functional tests and data records for the door control unit. The experimental results indicate that the inspection platform can make fault diagnosis before repair as well as status confirmation after the repair.
