摘    要:介绍了2008年初广东电网线路设施冰灾受损、抢修复电情况,具体分析了输电线路杆塔受损、导(地)线断线、金具绝缘子掉串及通信光缆受损的形式和原因,研究了不同设计冰区、地形、海拔高程、塔型、杆塔受损类型、导(地)线受损类型、纵向荷载及垂直荷载等关键影响因素。提出输电线路防冰应采取差异化设计和重点加固原则,线路各组成部件强度应合理匹配,以最大限度地降低输电线路冰灾损失。

Abstract:Due to severe icing disaster in the beginning of the year 2008, the line facilities of Guangdong power grid sustained heavy losses. In this paper the damage condition of overhead transmission lines, the rush repair of damaged facilities and recovery of power supply are presented. The damage conditions and causations of facilities such as damage of transmission tower, breaking of conductors and ground wires, damage of fittings, breaking and falling of insulator strings, damage of communication optical fibers, are analyzed; the key impacting factors, such as the designed ice zone, landform, altitude elevation, tower types, tower damage types, damage types of conductors and ground wires, longitudinal load and vertical load and so on, are researched. Based on above-mentioned analysis and research, following recommendations are put forward: different de-icing measures and reinforcement of key components of transmission lines should be adopted, the intensity of composition parts for transmission line should be reasonably matched to decrease the damage of transmission lines caused by icing disaster as possible.
