| 摘 要： | 论述了两部制管输费与最大日量倍数的关系。以北京市为例,测算了日高峰负荷对城市门站价格的影响,计算了实行两部制管输费后,削峰填谷和纯削峰对门站价格的影响。指出了实施两部制管输费的难点和时机问题。
