模糊遗传算法在热风炉优化燃烧控制中的应用

摘    要:为了有效地控制热风炉在蓄热阶段的升温过程,模糊控制技术近几年来广泛应用于高炉热风炉的燃烧过程。模糊控制规则一般源于专家和操作工人的经验,具有很大的主观性和不确定性;采用遗传算法对模糊控制器的控制规则进行离线寻优,找到使控制系统的动态性能指标达到最佳的一组控制规则,然后将优化的控制规则应用于控制系统中。经实验室仿真试验证明,效果良好。

Abstract:In order to control the temperature raising process effectively during the heat storage period in hot-blast stove, fuzzy logical control method has been widely applied in combustion process of hot-blast stove in recent years. Commonly rooted in the knowledge of experts and skilled operators, the fuzzy control rules are greatly subjective and undeterministic. The rides are optimized offline by using genetic algorithms. This method is helpful to make the dynamic performance index of control system to be reached optimal control rules. Then the optimized rules are used in control system. The simulation results in laboratory show its effectiveness.
