摘    要:2005年1月4日,沙河抽水蓄能电站两台机组因系统C相接地故障,在水泵工况跳机,根据220 kV系统故障录波装置的录波数据对保护原因进行查找,并对保护动作的正确性进行分析,结果证明该保护为低功率保护,且保护动作正确,为其他抽水蓄能电厂保护装置动作原因的分析提供参考。

Abstract:On January 4, 2005, the pump condition trip-out of two generating units of Shahe Pumped-storage Power Station occurred due to the earthing failure of the phase-C of system. According to the wave recording data from the failure wave-recording device of 220 kV, we found out its protection eanse and analyzed its correction of protection act. The results showed that such protection is a low power protection and its protection act is correct, which can be used for referenee in the analysis of act eanses of protection devices for other pumped-storage power plants.
