摘    要:含油污泥主要由石油勘探开发和石油化工行业产生,对生产和生态环境危害极大,但同时又是一种宝贵的二次资源。介绍了国内外含油污泥的主要处理技术,包括调质-机械脱水、溶剂萃取、高温裂解、生物处理等,及由上述技术实现的含油污泥的减量化和无害化;简述了采用综合利用处理技术进一步实现资源的回收利用,指出资源化利用技术将成为未来油泥处理的主导方向。

Abstract:Oily sludge was mainly produced in the course of petroleum exploration and exploitation as well as the productive process of petroleum chemical industry,which could do great harm to the production and environment or be used as a valuable secondary resource.The main techniques for oily sludge treatment used in China and abroad such as: quality adjustment-mechanical dewatering,solvent extraction,high temperature cracking,biological treatment and so on were introduced.The sludge reduction and harmlessness were realized;and the resources recovery and utilization also could be realized with the comprehensive utilization technique.It was pointed out that,resource utilization would be the dominant technique for oily sludge treatment in the future.
