启德威尔登酒店结构设计与分析

启德威尔登酒店为高78．2m的框架剪力墙高层结构，平面形状窄长，塔楼中庭洞口贯穿标准层，屋面为无级泳池；裙楼4层，顶部宴会厅跨度约35m，采用钢桁架结构；通过合理的结构选型和竖向构件布置，在满足结构计算各项指标的同时解决了客房景观要求，实现结构布置安全合理经济的目标。

Structural Design and Analysis of Qideweierdeng Hotel

Qideweierdeng hotel has a 78.2-meters-hight frame-sheared wall structure, whose plane shape is long and narrow with a atrium hole throughout the tower. The top of the hotel tower is a boundless swimming pool. Annex is four stories high, on the top of which is banquet hall with a span of 35 meters designed to steel truss structure. By chosing a reasonable structural modal and vertical system, the structure satisfies the requirement of calculating index also the river view of guess room all around the tower. A target of making a safe, reasonable and economical building has been achieved.
