摘    要:检测了热浸镀55%Al-Zn镀液的成分和底渣中物相组成,并根据Al-Zn-Si-Fe热力学相图分析了温度对底渣的影响。XRD结果显示,底渣中主要渣相为FeAl3相,另外还含有少量的Al11V;SEM和EDS的结果也证明底渣中主要渣相为FeAl3,并且检测到少量Al-Zn-V-Ce四元金属间化合物。热力学相图分析浸镀温度对Fe在镀液中饱和溶解度的影响表明,随着温度升高,Fe的溶解度也随之增加。当镀液中Fe含量超过该温度下的饱和溶解度时,就以FeAl3的形式从镀液中析出成为底渣。

Abstract:The compositions of the bath and dross in the 55% Al-Zn pot for hot dip galvanizing have been detected. The effect of the temperature on the dross has been analyzed based on the Al-Zn- Si - Fe thermodynamic phase diagrams. The XRD result shows that the dross contains FeAl3 as the main component and a little Al11 V as well. The SEM and EDS results also show that FeAl3 is the main component. The dross also has some Al - Zn - V - Ce quaternary compounds. The infulence of temperature on ferrum' s saturated solubility in the bath has been studied by means of thermodynamic phase diagrams. As the temperature increases, the solubility of Fe will also increase. When the Fe content surpasses the saturated solubility in the bath, it will precipitate in the form of FeAl3 as the dross.
