摘    要:根据压痕硬度测试理论,建立了二维轴对称有限元模型.通过有限元手段分析了纯钛在载荷作用下的压入过程,了解在压痕硬度试验过程中压痕周围所产生的应力分布及屈服区域.通过载荷位移曲线得出最大压入深度,从而计算出布氏硬度.

Abstract:Based on the testing theory of indentation hardness,two-dimensional axisymmetric finite element model was established.The pressing process of the pure titanium under the loading,as well as the stress distribution and yield region around the indentation in the indentation hardness test process were analyzed by the finite element method.Moreover largest pressing depth was obtained by the load displacement curves,thereby ball hardness was calculated.
