摘    要:宝钢开发的建筑用Q345GJ、Q420等抗层状撕裂低合金高强特厚钢板,满足国内日益增多的高层和超高层钢结构建筑与场馆建设需求。建筑用高强钢特厚板焊接是其应用的关键,宝钢开发了与该特厚板配套高效的埋弧焊接材料BH500J-III焊丝。采用高效的双丝埋弧焊接方法及其焊接材料,可达到所需的焊接接头强度和冲击韧性。

Abstract:Baosteel' s anti-laminar tearing heavy plates for building steel structures, such as Q345GJ and Q420, have excellent mechanical properties and can meet the increasing domestic market demands of constructing high-rise and mega-high-rise buildings and venues. Welding of heavy plates for building steel structures is one of the key issues in their applications. Baosteel also developed BH500J-III, a kind of welding wire for submerged-arc welding (SAW), which can facilitate the use of the heavy plates developed by Baosteel. By using a high-efficient double wire welding process and the corresponding welding consumables, the required welded joint strength and impact toughness of the heavy plates can be achieved.
