载乙醇活性炭真空微波解吸实验研究

摘    要:针对酒精工业中产生的淡酒液用活性炭吸附-真空微波解吸方法回收其中可利用的乙醇。设计了载乙醇活性炭真空微波解吸试验流程。用活性炭对水中低浓度的乙醇进行吸附,饱和后在真空条件下用微波辐照解吸。实验结果表明:载乙醇活性炭在真空微波系统中100 s后基本解吸完全;微波功率对乙醇出口浓度曲线影响较大;再生后活性炭的损耗率低于5%。低浓度乙醇水溶液经多次活性炭吸附-真空微波解吸循环后,乙醇浓度可提纯至98%以上。

Abstract:The utilized ethanol in waste water from ethanol industry may be recovered through activated carbon adsorption and desorption of the ethanol-loaded activated carbon by microwave irradiation under vacuum condition.The paper designs the flow charts of ethanol-loaded activated carbon regeneration by microwave irradiation under vacuum condition.Activated carbon is used in adsorption of low concentration ethanol in water,and the saturated carbon is regenerated by microwave irradiation under vacuum condition.The experimental results shows that the ethanol-loaded activated carbon can be desorbed nearly completely after 100 s;the microwave power has important influence on the outlet concentration curve of ethanol;the mass defect of regenerated activated carbon is lower than 5%.After several activated carbon adsorption and microwave-regeneration under vacuum condition,the concentration of ethanol can come up to over than 98%.
