| 摘 要： | 分析了某热电厂150t/h循环流化床锅炉调试和运行中出现的点火燃烧器风量没有测量装置、掺烧泥煤堵煤、返料系统拉裂、电除尘器入口烟道抽塌、浇注料脱落.水冷壁爆管等问题,通过采取一系列措施后满足锅炉运行要求。

| Abstract: | This paper analysed the problems that non-measuring device of air rate on starting burner and coal blocking when blended peat and caving entrance flue of electrostatic precipitator and castables dropping and explosion tube on water wall during commissioning test and operation in 150t/h medium-temperature and hypo-high pressure CFB boiler,Satisfied the requirement of boiler operation by a series of effective measures. |
