| 摘 要： | 本文应用数学分析方法,推导出平板,园柱体和球体三种简单形体求解热应力的理论解,并以此对几种陶瓷材料的热稳定性进行了理论计算。最后,对Al_2O_3陶瓷材料的热稳定性进行了实验,实验结果与理论计算值基本吻合。

| Abstract: | Through the medium of the method of mathematic analysis the theoretical solutions for the material's thermal stress of three simple-form bodies (flat plate, cylinder and sphere)are derived. Based on these, the thermal stability is theoretically calculated for some ceramic materials. Finally the thermal stability of ceramic-Al_2O_3 has been tested, and the experimental results good agree with the theoretical solutions. It shows that the theoretical calculation method can be used as thermal stress in designing of high-tempcrature machine calculate. |
