| 摘 要： | 莱钢轧钢厂带钢车间推钢式加热炉采用侧插式燕尾形结构热滑道代替原结构，经合理确定其结构尺寸，解决了原焊块在使用过程中的开焊问题，减小了钢坯的水管黑印，提高了钢坯加热质量，月平均减少４ｄ停炉维修时间。

| Abstract: | The old hot slide on pushing type heating furnace is replaced by hot slide of side-inserting swallow-tail structure in the rolling steel plant of Laiwu iron and steel general works.Because it has reasonable structure and size the question of welding fracture of welding block is solved in process of production,the tramlines on the billet which is formed by water pipe are decreased,the heating quality of billet is increased and the stop furnace time for maintenance is decreased in by four days mean every month. |
