对南水北调工程建设中劳务分包管理的思考

摘    要:具有承建南水北调主体工程施工资质的单位,每年都要完成几十个亿的产值,施工单位在合同履行过程中,大都不同程度地利用了劳务分包来完成施工任务。针对在建工程中存在的这些问题,建议将劳务分包纳入工程建设的正常管理;规范劳务分包行为;核定劳务分包队伍。

Abstract:Every contractor qualified to build the South-to-North Water Project achieves production value of several billion RMB Yuan yearly. During the contract performance,the most contractors implement the construction by labor service subcontract or/and technical subcontract.Due to these problems in the building projects,it is necessary to make clear to forbid subcontracting the mainbody of the main building,to bring the labor service into the normal construction management,to regulate the labor service and stabilize the labor service subcontractor.
