基于模糊集对法的高耗能企业电力能效等级评估方法

摘    要:针对目前国内对高耗能企业的电力能效状态缺乏有效地评估,提出了一种基于模糊集对法的高耗能企业电力能效评估方法,从而为实现对企业电能的优化管理提供理论基础。首先依据高耗能企业电力能效监测终端采集到的能效数据,建立了企业电力能效等级评估指标体系,并首次提出了高耗能企业电力能效标识这一概念;其次采用层次分析法与熵权法相结合的定权方法,使求得的综合权重既注重专家经验又体现了评价的客观性;最后计算出各指标所对应的联系度,并采用最大置信度原则确定企业能效等级。通过实例分析比较表明了该方法计算简洁、准确度高,具有较强的实用价值。

Abstract:According to the deficiencies of the research on electricity energy efficiency evaluation method used in energy-consuming enterprises,a kind of high energy-consuming enterprises of electricity energy efficiency degree assessment method based on fuzzy set pair analysis is introduced, and providing the theoretical basis for the enterprise energy optimizing management.This paper first proposed the evaluation index system of electricity energy efficiency grade for energy-consuming enterprises,and firstly mentioned the concept of high energy-consuming enterprises electricity energy efficiency labeling.Second,the synthesis index weights are figured out by means of analytic hierarchy process and entropy method,which not only expertise but also reflects the evaluation objectivity.Finally,calculated the corresponding connection degree of each index,and the biggest confidence principle is adopted to define the enterprise level of energy efficiency.The simplicity and accuracy of the method is verified though the case analysis and results comparison .
