摘    要:针对配电网网络结构复杂,分支多,故障定位困难,提出了一种单端、多端相结合的配电网单相接地故障行波定位方法。首先根据配电网拓扑结构,依据最优配置原则,选取需安装行波定位装置的配变终端,然后通过奇异值分解(SVD)对故障行波信号进行检测,应用多端行波故障选线算法判别障故障线路。在此基础上,各行波定位装置采用小波波形相关性方法,检测两个相关反射波时间差进行单端行波测距,并进行信息融合,得出最终定位结果。仿真结果表明,该方法在某台定位装置失灵、时间记录错误时也能实现配电网的故障准确定位,具有很强的容错性和较高的定位精度。

Abstract:As the actual complex disturibution network has many branches , it is very diffcult to find the fault point .A single-phase-ground fault location method based on single-terminal traveling wave and multi-terminal traveling wave is put forward. According to the optimal allocation principle, for the structure of the distribution network, there are only several location equipment is installed in disturibution grid. singular value decomposi tion (SVD) is applied to detect the signals.The fault line is selected by using multi-terminal traveling wave fault line selection algorithm.After that a single-terminal fault location algorithm that uses wavelet transformal and graphic correlation to detect the time difference of wave heads is proposed. By using information fusion, the final results orientation is obtained. The accuracy of fault location still can be guaranteed even though a locating device breaks down, records the wrong time date in disturibution systems. Tbe results of simulation indicates that this algorithm has the strong fault tolerance and high fault location accuracy.
