有人/无人机混合编队协同任务分配方法

任务分配方法是任务控制过程的重要组成部分，是协同作战指挥决策的关键。本文在多无人机协同任务分配的基础上，分析了有人/无人机编队协同作战的突出特点，着重研究飞行员工作状态对参与任务分配的各无人机作战效能的影响，建立了基于飞行时间和工作负载的飞行员工作状态评价模型，并对传统无人机作战效能函数的数学模型进行改进，提出了有人机飞行员工作状态影响下的无人机效能评估模型。针对有人/无人机混合编队协同作战想定，进行了仿真计算。仿真结果表明：飞行员工作状态会对无人机的任务效能和编队的任务分配结果产生显著影响， 同时说明在有人/无人机混合编队的效能评估和任务分配过程中，飞行员的工作状态影响是不可忽略的因素。

Cooperative Task Assignment Method of Manned / Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Team Based on Pilot Performance

Task allocation method is an important part of the task control process and plays a key role in team cooperation C2. This paper mainly analyzed the notable characteristics of the manned/unmanned aerial team based on the multi-UAV cooperative task allocation. This article focuses on the impact of the pilot performance on each UAV operational effectiveness, and established a pilot performance evaluation model which on account of pilot flight time and workload, and also has improved the traditional UAV mathematical model of combat effectiveness function, and proposed UAV effectiveness evaluation model which influenced by pilot performance when manned aerial vehicle has participated. Simulation about the cooperative task assignment of manned/unmanned aerial vehicle team results indicates: pilot performance have a significant impact on UCAV mission effectiveness and team task assignment, also indicates the pilot performance should not be ignored in task assignment process of manned/unmanned aerial vehicle team.
