ABS/(VC-BA)/PVC共混体系的研究

摘    要:介绍了丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物/聚氯乙烯(ABS/PVC)共混体系中添加氯乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯二元共聚物(VC-BA)树脂,进行三元共混改性的研究,找出了能使共混物综合性能较佳的三元共混物的配方。试验证明,通过添加VC-BA树脂,可改进ABS/PVC共混物的性能,有利于该共混物进一步降低价格,扩大应用。此外,对该共混物中,最适宜于PVC改性用的ABS品种,也进行了选择性的探讨。

Abstract:The blends of ABS/(VC - BA)/PVC are prepared and their mechanical, thermal and compatible properties are studied. The results show that, the notched Izod impact strength is enhanced obviously after the addition of toughness agent. The effect of ABS content on the properties of the blends is also studied. The ABS varieties most suitable for modification of PVC are also discussed.
