| 摘 要： | 考察处方中组分对法莫替丁分散片制剂的影响。以崩解时限为指标,采用正交设计试验,对法莫替丁分散片处方进行筛选。处方组成为法莫替丁4%,预胶化淀粉76%,交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮（PVPP）18%,硬脂酸镁1%,甜菊糖1%。所选处方合理,分散均匀性好。

| Abstract: | To optimize the preparation of famotidine dispersible tablet,orthogonal design L9（34） was used to screen out the best contents of accessories.The optimal preparation was set as 4% famotidine,76% pregelatinized starch（PGS）,18% PVPP,2% stevioside,and 1% magnesium stearate.The dispersible tablet dissolved faster and dispersed uniformly. |
