摘    要:目前,水体富营养化引起水华灾害频繁发生。寻求一种快捷、准确的蓝藻生物量检测技术,实现对蓝藻的实时、连续的原位监测,是进行湖泊水华预警的重要环节。通过对蓝藻活体荧光光谱的扫描,确定了藻蓝蛋白特征荧光波长,建立了蓝藻生物量与藻蓝蛋白特征荧光强度的线性检测关系;同时改变蓝藻生长条件,研究不同光照培养条件下的荧光检测关系的变化,随着光照强度增大,生物量与特征荧光强度的关系曲线斜率变大,其原因是单位藻细胞中藻蓝蛋白的含量降低。通过对天然水体蓝藻生物量的荧光检测分析,发现荧光分析技术是一种在多变条件下依然行之有效的蓝藻生物量特异性检测方法。

Abstract:Recently,water eutrophication causes harmful algal blooms(HABs) frequently.Monitoring of cyanobacterial biomass using simply equipped,conveniently operated,highly accurate and low cost technique is necessary in advancing HABs prediction and early warning.Through scanning of the cyanobacteria in vivo fluorescence spectrum,the cyanobacterial biomass and the phycocyanin characteristic fluorescence intensity presented a good linear relationship.Based on research under varying light intensities,different detection relationship curves were derived.The slope-variation trend showed that the amount of phycocyanin in per unit of cyanobacteria decreased when the light intensity increased.Through the detection of cyanobacterial biomass in natural water,fluorescent technique presents an effective method,which is specific for cyanobacterial biomass detection under varying conditions.
