摘    要:采用五参数Cross粘度模型,利用有限元和控制体积法对矩形薄腔中聚合物熔体非等温注气充填过程中不同时刻的气泡边界、熔体前沿、熔体压力场、温度场和速度场等进行了数值模拟,结果表明:气泡主体边界平行于模壁方向生长,其前沿总是先向中心线附近移动,再向中心线两边移动;熔体压力在气泡周围某一区域内保持不变且等于气压;对于充模时间很短的情况,除气泡附近外,温度在各处相差不大。

Abstract:The implementation of the numerical simulation of the gas bubble boundary,melt front,pressure,temperature and velocity distributions at various time during the gas-assisted polymer melt non-isothermal filling in a thin rectangular cavity was fulfilled by use of five-parameters Cross viscosity model,finite element method and control volume method.The results show that the main boundary of the gas bubble develops parallel with the wall of mold cavity,the bubble front proceeds around the central axis of the mold cavity at first and then towards the wall of mold cavity,the pressure in the melts in the vicinity of the gas bubble keeps almost changeless and is approximately equal to the gas pressure,and for the case of very short full-filling time,the temperature is almost identical everywhere in the melts except for the vicinity of the gas bubble.
