| Abstract: | We describe an 8-year-old boy who had asymptomatic hypercalcemia 4 years after radiotherapy involving the left orbit and lungs. A right parathyroid adenoma was diagnosed, and normocalcemia was achieved after its removal. Routine monitoring of serum calcium and phosphate levels is recommended for children after head and neck irradiation. |
