| 摘 要： | 对社会上出现的职业道德失范,重塑职业道德已刻不容缓.职业道德建设是市场经济发展的需要,是精神文明建设的需要.职业道德建设必须通过注重培养健全的人格,优化性格品质;加强职业技能训练;重视对大学生的职业技术教育;制定职业道德评估体系和树立典型、加大宣传力度来实现这一社会系统工程.

| Abstract: | The violation of morality norm has drawn sufficient attention from our society,and it is urgent to reconstruct occupational morality norm,which is needed for developing market economy and constructing civilization.In order to complete the social systematic project,healthy personality must be fostered,vocational skills trained,occupational morality educated,and evaluation system of occupational morality formulated. |
